If your return is due to an unsatisfactory experience, the return shipping cost will be covered by us. However, if the reason for your return is due to an ordering error or a change of heart we expect the customer to ship the product back to us at their expense.  However, when the refund is issued you will get the full amount refunded to your original form of payment, including any shipping charges you may have incurred on the order.
