Can I apply a discount after my purchase?Updated 5 months ago
As a rule of thumb, any discount must be applied at checkout before completion of the purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm a discount has been applied before paying for their items. If a customer notices that a discount is not applied, they are urged to contact customer service to resolve before placing their order.
In most cases we will not retroactively apply a discount to an order. Shop Nation is willing to work with customers if they feel their circumstances are warranted.
Unfortunately we cannot honor future discount pricing on prior purchases. For example, if a customer purchases a product in early November, but then notices a Black Friday sale in mid November, we cannot retroactively apply that discounted price.
